At HTDomus, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at htdomuss@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it. Please email us at htdomuss@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank first. If the issue persists, contact us at htdomuss@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
