Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with HTDomus! Here's everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. HTDomus is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status. You can also visit our Track Order page for updates.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at htdomuss@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate right away.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. HTDomus is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at htdomuss@gmail.com — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
